Landlord Letting and Management Fees

Full Management Service:

  • Marketing property
  • Finding suitable tenant(s)
  • Obtaining references
  • Securing deposit
  • Collecting rent
  • Mid term inspections
  • Organising repairs and maintenance works (during the tenancy)
  • Fee of 15% inclusive of VAT (12.5% + VAT) to be charged monthly from gross rental payments
  • If the monthly rent was £1000, the fee would be £150 including VAT

Non-Management with Rent Collection Service:

  • Marketing property
  • Finding suitable tenant(s)
  • Obtaining references
  • Securing deposit
  • Collecting rent
  • Fee of 12% inclusive of VAT (10% + VAT) to be charged monthly from gross rental payments
  • If the monthly rent was £1000, the fee would be £120 including VAT

Please note for arranging refurbishment works and negotiating insurance claims on behalf of Landlords’ a charge of 12%, including VAT, will be added to the overall costs.
