Full Management Service:

  • Marketing Property – Conducting Vieiwngs
  • Finding Suitable Tenant (s)
  • Obtaining References
  • Securing Deposit – Registering with TDS
  • Collecting Rent
  • Mid Term Inspections
  • Organising Repairs and Maintenance Works (During the Tenancy)

Fee of 15% (12.5% plus VAT) to be charged monthly from gross rental payments e.g. If the rental is £1000 pcm the commission will be £150.00 per month

Non-Management with Rent Collection Service:

  • Marketing Property

  • Obtaining References
  • Securing Deposit
  • Collecting Rent

Fee of 12% (10% plus VAT) to be charged monthly from gross rental e.g. If the rental is £1000 pcm the commission will be £120.00 per month

Please note for arranging refurbishment works and negotiating insurance claims on behalf of Landlords’ a charge of 12%, including VAT, will be added to the overall costs.
