Full Management Service:
- Marketing Property – Conducting Viewings
- Finding Suitable Tenant (s)
- Obtaining References
- Securing Deposit – Registering with TDS
- Collecting Rent
- Mid Term Inspections
- Organising Repairs and Maintenance Works (During the Tenancy)
Fee of 15% (12.5% plus VAT) to be charged monthly from gross rental payments e.g. If the rental is £1000 pcm the commission will be £150.00 per month
Non-Management with Rent Collection Service:

Fee of 12% (10% plus VAT) to be charged monthly from gross rental e.g. If the rental is £1000 pcm the commission will be £120.00 per month
